Kindergarteners

We are starting Joshua and Lauren out on Kindergarten at the same time. Lauren seems advanced enough to do the same things Joshua does. So I am just teaching her letters and sounds along with Joshua. It's fun teaching two together.

Lauren was counting butterscotch chips and Joshua is gluing.
Lauren gluing.
Daniel doing his math to music.
Cutting and gluing.

Lauren loves coloring. She asks to do it every day.

Lego Creations

Well the boys adore Legos. Daniel wanted to share his latest creation.

The back.
The front.

Monopoly again!

Well they have been at the monopoly again. Yes, they love it. Matthew is the biggest fan. He loves to win. Sometimes not such a great loser.

This has been one of the best ways for Daniel to learn about money. Fun and school at the same time, right?

I used to hate this game as a kid, because I could never win. But I have finally got it figured out!

The Tadpole!

Oh the joys of homeschooling. Joshua got a "Grow a frog Kit" for Christmas and his tadpole showed up in the mail. He was so excited. Mostly because its "his" frog.

The just sat around staring at it for the longest time.

Daniel is talking about the spoon that came with the tadpole, that measures the food.

We will keep you posted as to how the tadpole is doing. Of course Joshua had to name it, "Froggie". Couldn't have guessed that one. lol
It's funny when we were kids we just learned about tadpoles becoming frogs from the ditch. But us "city folk" have to send off for a tadpole in the mail. It is fun so far!!

Sarah

Oh, just looking back at Sarah's pictures and she has changed so much. I can't believe she is walking around and into everything. Time just goes by so fast.
